“Mah Ashraf Khanoum Ghaderi”, known as Mostureh, is the first Iranian woman historian. Pioneer filmmaker, Pouran Derakhshandeh will be catching the life of this poet and historian on film in a television series. 

The IRIB center for the provinces is planning to produce a number of TV series about the elite of various provinces in Iran with various producers. One of these is about the life of poetess Mostureh Ardalan from Sanandaj in western Iran which will be produced by Pouran Derakhshandeh in 26 parts. She has already started her field research on the subject.

“Mah Ashraf Khanoum Ghaderi”, known as Mostureh Ardalan, is a poetess and historian from the province of Kurdistan in western Iran. She has published collections of poems which have been described as eloquent Persian writings by the “History of Aradalan”. She also has scattered verses in the Kurdish dialect of Gouran
