She, regarding the social insurance parameters of the insurance of the Social Security Organization to gender segregation, said, ” According to the statistics of the Social Security Organization, the share of insured women has increased from ۱۴% to about ۲۰% in the last ten years. Also, for those who have been recently insured, this share has been reported at about ۳۵%, which shows an increase in the share of women in the formal labor market.
Although the average base wage for women’s insurance deductions is ۱.۵ times and for men, it is ۱.۶ times the minimum wage. This average is reported to be higher for women in the age group of ۲۰ to ۲۹ than for men. In other words, we are witnessing the entry of women with higher specialization than men in the formal labor market. In the year ۲۰۱۹, there was an average of ۱ insured woman for every ۴ insured men. The maximum ratio of which is ۸ to ۱ in Bushehr province and the minimum ratio is ۳ to ۱ in Gilan province. Even though women own a total of ۲۰% of all insured people but according to this organization’s statistics, they account for only ۳% of all occupational incidents.
