-Access to the Internet
Today, the Internet has played an important role in ensuring the right to freedom of expression and has provided the field of the use of fundamental rights by removing limit , search and get information. Internet access rights are also known as bandwidth rights or connectivity freedoms. Accordingly, all humans should be able to access the Internet with the aim of using freedom of expression and access to basic human rights. The countries are responsible for ensuring access to the Internet and the country has no right to limit individual access to the Internet without any reason. In many countries access to the Internet is recognized as a right.
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has designed the infrastructure needed in pursuance of the implementation of Article 46 of the 5th Development Plan Law based on the creation and development of a national information network to provide all citizens with access to high-speed Internet.
