Freedom of the parties is signs of political freedom in society which has always been the opinion of political thinkers. The groups, organizations, parties, associations and other civil institutions seek legal freedom . Freedom of assembly and demonstration is one of the symbols of democracy that people can communicate between people and authorities by practical participation and direct attendance on the scene. According to Article 26 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, The political parties, associations and trade unions, Islamic associations, or associations of the recognized religious minorities are free to exist on the condition that they do not negate the principles of independence, freedom, national unity, Islamic criterion, and the foundation of the Islamic Republic. No one can be prevented from participation in these gatherings or forced to participate in one of them.
