Iranian short film ‘Flying Fishes’ directed by Mohammad Tomrivarian received special award of the jury from Solidando Film Festival in Italy.
The 2019 version of Solidando Film Festival focused on social topics.
The Iranian short film had earlier received awards from Houston Cinema Arts Festival and VKRATZE International Short Film Festival.
Flying Fishes narrates the story of a teacher in village who understands sign of burning on one of his students’ hand who is the only girl in the class.
