Women’s right to health is a human right that has been guaranteed through international agreements.1 It includes the right to protection against second-hand smoke in the work environment and in the home; equal access to health services, including quitting and counselling programmes; protection against misleading health messages such as “light” and “mild”; and the right to full participation in political, economic, social, and cultural decision-making.
